Time tracking with a single click. Track your working time as simple and as fast as possible. Whether you are a freelancer, employee or student, your tracked time serves as evidence for your achieved work. Therefore the Timetracker provides you a modern and neat user interface which lets you manage your projects and tasks effectively.
Start time tracking immediately with a single click. Just begin with your work without worrying about entering any task details.
The time you are tracking with the 'immediate start' is called 'Unassigned'. Move the tracked time to an existing task or create a new one when the task gets stopped.
In the overview all tasks corresponding to the selected project respectedly to the selected filter are shown.
In this view you are able to manage your tasks. You can create, start or stop tasks here. To create a task click the plus-button. Start and stop time tracking with a single click on the task. Details for tasks and projects can be opened via the options menu. Simply slide a task to the right to close it.
Toggle the view of 'Overview' by clicking the checkbox at the top right. Doing so you are able to show only 'open', only 'closed' or 'all' tasks.

The task optionsmenu shows some of the available task actions.
Besides the shortcuts all actions are available conveniently throug the task optionsmenu. Furthermore you are able to pin tasks to the top of the list. Pinned tasks are shown always above unpinned tasks. This action can be applied to multiple tasks. Therefore you never miss your important tasks!
Show the details of your task, update the tracked time or add additional time to your task. Slide to the left or to the right to switch quickly to other tasks and show their details.
Another part of the task details are 'tags'. With tags you are able to classify your tasks even more precisely. Furthermore you can filter your tasks by tags. Filling in the tags is accelerated through autocompletion.
If you want to move the task to another project, click on the project name. This opens the project selection where you can select another project or create a new one. The task will be moved to the selected project.
Additionally to the details stated above you can see a summary of your work units of the task. To update a work unit simply click on the work unit. If you have forgotten to track your time, click on the plus-button to create new work units. With a long click on a work unit you can move the entry to another task or delete it.
To close the task just click on the checkbox on the upper right. To show the closed tasks open the 'overview' from the sidemenu, then click on the checkbox in the titlebar. This toggles the task view of the overview.
Create as many projects as you desire to manage your tasks.
Keep track of your projects by assigning different colors to your projects. You can also give additional explanation in the project description. Extensive descriptions can be viewed more conveniently in an own dialog by long clicking on the document icon. Furthermore you can add a contract timeframe or the effort for the project. If you fill in your wage per hour, the Timetracker directly calculates your earnings.
The given project details will be used in comprehensive statistics.
Show the details of your projects.
The details correspond to the data you entered while creating the project. In this view you can update all your project's data. Some statistics of the worked time in the project will be shown at the bottom of the view. When you entered your wage per hour you can see what you have earned so far with the project.
To close the project click on the checkbox on the upper right. To show closed projects open the sidemenu and click on the checkbox of the 'overview' menu entry. Click this checkbox again and the standard view will be restored.
For an even better overview of your tasks you can create individual filters.
Do you want to see tasks of a certain time range, or tasks of only selected projects, or just want to change the order of your tasks in the list? Create an individual configurable filter of your needs. Filters are permanent and are available in the project selection menu for fast access. Existing filters can be updated by a long click on the filter name in the project selection menu.
If you have assigned one or more tags to your tasks you are now able to filter your tasks by these tags. This enables you to manage your tasks in the best and easiest way.
With filters you can also decide which data you want to export.
Various notifications keep you up to date about running tasks and remind you to track your time.
The Timetracker offers several configurable notifications. A daily reminder reminds you to track your time. You are able to configure the notification time to your needs.
If activated there will be 'persistent' notifications for running tasks. These notification show you the current runtime of your tasks. Also these notifications will not disappear when closing the Timetracker and will be updated every 5-10 minutes. You can stop your tasks easily by clicking on the notifications stop button via the Android's notification menu without interrupting your current workflow.
If you get annoyed by the notifications, you can just disable them via the Timetracker settings.
Export your tracked time.
Transfer your tracked time to other services or programs by creating individual exports. Your filter could be used as base for your export. This gives you the complete control which data you provide other applications.
